4 week Beginners Course
Thursdays, 6:00-7:30 p.m., starting June 12, 2008
A once-a-week course for those new to Shinshin Toitsu Aikido (Aikido with Mind and Body Coordination). This course introduces the Four Basic Principles of Mind and Body Coordination
and the basic movements used in aikido techniques. Free for junior high and high school students. Learn how to use
mind and body coordination to improve learning, athletic performance, and awareness of your surroundings.
Ki For Health Class
Thursdays, 6:00-7:30 p.m. (No classes in May. 6/10-7/1/08: Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30 p.m.)
New enrollment at the beginning of every month. No Aikido techniques/movements involved. Four Basic Principles
of Mind and Body Coordination, Oneness Rhythm Exercises, Ki breathing, Ki meditation, and Kiatsu Ryoho. Joining Ki Society by paying the one-time Ki Society initiation fee is required. What to wear: Comfortable T-shirt
(short or long sleeves) and a pair of sweat pants/dogi pants.
8 week Intermediate Course
Thursdays, 6:30-8:00 p.m., starting on April 1, 2008
This course is for those who have completed the Beginners Course. Joining Ki Society by paying the one-time Ki Society initiation
fee is required.
8 week Advanced Course
Tuesdays, 7:30-9:00 p.m., starting on June 10, 2008
This course is for those who have completed the Intermediate Course.
* Intermediate Course participants can attend the Beginners Course, and
Advanced Course participants can attend both the Beginners and Intermediate Courses at no additional cost.
* Aikido students can take participate in the Ki class at no additional cost.
