Welcome to the Raleigh Ki Aikido (RKA) website.

We strive to promote personal well-being and harmony in daily life through Shinshin Toitsu Aikido (Aikido with mind and body coordination), which can be learned by anyone.

Raleigh Ki Aikido is a nonprofit organization and  a member of the Eastern Ki Federation, a part of the Shinshin Toitsu Aikido Kai headed by Shinichi Tohei sensei in Tochigi, Japan.

How To Get Started?

We ask everyone who is new to Shinshin Toitsu Aikido to take our 4-week beginner’s course. This is a good way to look at what Shinshin Toitsu Aikido is all about and see if it is right for you.
